Not been on here in years ! Just about to remove the engine to get the engine bay painted and a tidy up where needed !
Car spends more time in the garage locked up ! Need to use it more !
I will remove both then save a battle trying to get engine back in later
Yeah from what I've read online , everyone says this. I've only ever put it in as one before

yes for the 3 bolts flange , the tomei has a threaded hole for them so not sure if its m8.

I need studs for my tomei elbow which connects to the downpipe.
any ideas where I can get these from ?

You checked the sump and oil pick up inside ? Quite common , I had this issue

Yeah I will fit a new strainer and gasket and replace oil pan or reshape if possible and see what happens.
If its still got low pressure and rattles I will know its dead :-(
How much are they buddy ?

Lastime I used my car I noticed the oil pressure was lower than usual . About 40 psi , then dropped to 15 psi and getting lower and oil temp reached 220f which was warmer than usual .
