Sorry dude all the other vac lines seem to be in their correct places. Its a quick thing to try hooking these vac lines up back to how they were as stock. If there's still no improvement ill look...

Blocked off hoses and definitely felt a bit healthier! Going to try reconnect them next see if it feels any better

The bangs really do sound like a fuelling problem, its happened before I've been cruising at like 1\8th throttle and its banged like fuel has built up.
