Has the fuel pump been hard wired?
If you can get it running check what fuel pressure you have at the rail etc.
I had a similar problem and was down to the 20 year old wiring to the pump not...

i recently relocated mine and used a 50mm2 butt connector which worked really well, then insulated it with electrical tape.

It used to have a t25g but now has a t25r, and it has a apex front mount.
The old pipes just don't fit full stop as the angle of the charge pipe from the turbo is a different angle and then gets...
I have a 180sx with a redtop and a t25r turbo fitted/apex fmic.
The intercooler pipe work just looks crap and would much rather have a couple hard pipes with Silacone fittings on either end to tidy...
