As said, ARB's, arm bushes, engine and gearbox mounts (apex streets are great) and then a fast road setup, it's crazy how much difference it makes!!!
They are Alloy instead of Cast of the standard ones, so you save on unsprung mass too.

The aerial is part of the earth, which I found out when I didn't plug it back in and stereo wasn't working.
But searching on here I read it earths it, so once plugged back in, it was spot on :)

It is great for power, holds abuse quite well (few trackdays and 'Ring).
It is heavier, when I picked up the suspension off you, on way back got stuck...
MOT will fail it if it is a structural part, or close to any.
That should be fine in my opinion, but there is a few MOT'ers on here who will give a better opinion :)
