Annoyingly I seem to have lost so many more pictures, still got plenty to hand though. Included a few from the headquarters as well since that's where they had the PS13 and OG silvia at the time. I...
Visited the DNA garage back in 2012, pre-Nissan employment - Well worth a look in if you ever can!
They had the Silvia Q rotated into the headquarters at the time on display and saw the K in the...
Exactly this! :D Generally the same for us, select number are tested only. No mass production OEM could 100% test their engines lol. I've always been curious as to how crucial this whole "run-in" oil...
Cant tell if trolling or...
Meiji Jingu Temple is awesome in Tokyo.. Add that to the list.
Another vote for Shibuya.. cant believe I forgot that one.
Basically everywhere is easy to get to, once you master the train...
UpGarage is a must for any car enthusiast regardless of if you're actually going to buy anything... its just a nice place to look around. Theres a one not too far from central Yokohama in a place...
Admiral are the only insurance company I've used since I started driving at 17, nobody has ever come close to them even on the S13 - Since I was 18 at the time, no specialist would go near it. With...
Some of us actually enjoy DIY though! :D
Some insurers pretty much don't touch people until you're a certain age anyhow, the likes of Sky said they wouldn't really consider me until I was 21.. But I've never gone back to them to see what...
If it makes you feel any better, I paid £2400 fully comp for the S13 when I was 18... You're lucky to even find £1k.. just do it lol
Best of luck! Plenty to learn on here about S13's..
I just sold my CA for £100 after trying to sell it at around £250 for a year... I have no idea where people get these magical money figures from!
Trying to price themselves out of S-body ownership...
I have a B&M one and its fine, obviously more effort than standard since you're taking away the levering force but I wouldn't say its difficult to push into gear.
Don't worry about neatness, as long as its strong and theres no pin holes you'll be fine. Just as long as you're good with an angle grinder :D
Being ashamed to drive a car because someone looked a twat driving the same model is no doubt the stupidest thing I've ever heard... Rich idiots crash Ferrari's and alike, would you immediately bin...
Even my Magic Aero ones didn't fit great and I needed to cut the wheel arch so that it sat flush with the back edge of the skirt. Had I been able to stick with OEM parts I would have!
My vote...
The repeated button mashing I found just makes your car wink basically, just quickly double tapping the switch does it... Not sure if it'd fix it but I guess its worth a shot.
If it withstands 650C I'd be buying it :D Might have to get some of this for mine!
Doesn't sound structural, but I'd weld it regardless.. Much more future-proof than some resin which will probably end up brittle in years to come and crack off.
My view is you may as well do it...
Probably do it for the majority of your left arm if you're lucky... If you can have a crack at it yourself it'd probably save some money :D
Best comment ever :D
IF its solid don't even bother cutting it out, the holes in the picture seem fairly small so in my eyes just cut it out and re-plate it. But like otherwise suggested I'd take a wire cup disk in an...
99% complete... Yet it doesn't have a seat... or a map, so really its not QUITE ready for competition :D
