So we have taken the forged sr20det out me s15 and replaced it with a stock sr20det with a s15 ecu.

It is not the originally ecu so I know the key will need syncing to the new ecu

Mhmm if the actuator was broken then it would have no limit to boost. I.e wouldn't stop at 0.5bar.

I would check your boost controller first.

What gauge wire is best to use?
Ive put my battery in the boot but it now struggles to turn over... I'm using 4awg wire?

im not running a dump valve bro

ive just doucle checked and my boost has crept slightly!

it was mapped at 0.9bar, 1.2bar and 1.4bar.
its now reading 0.94bar, 1.26bar and 1.43bar.
but surely that wouldnt effect it if its still...

my car was mapped by greg with a max boost setting of 1.4bar (350bhp and 380ft torque)
the injectors never hit more then 94% on limitier in 4th.

since then it slowly got worse and worse, it now...

Makes no difference and it still hits 80knock.

It's annoying how it has randomly started doing it.

when i go full throttle on my car i hit about 4,700rpm it hits between 75-80knock and the ecu light flashes? which i know is bad but cant work it out?
