I expect this has been covered a few time already.
I own a s14a S reg 1998 . Stage 1a Horsham chip.
Has been sat for 8 months but did drive it last weekend . No issues when I drove it then. ...

Why have you change the springs to tein. When they come with springs anyways.
Who else is running the monopro type, there must be more people,

How good are the dueltech ones,
What's thinking about getting them but still undecided one which ones are better,
Anybody else running either of the suspension types.
Do I pay the extra.
Do I get the dueltech hsd's or pay the extra and the monopro.
I see there very similar but is it worth the extra.

I am currently running a flexi downpipe on my 14a. I believe the flexi part has broken and stretched I also and a stainless Manifold.
Do I just try and find another flexi or would a non flexi...
Anyone else with advice.
Doesn't sound like turbo gaskets etc.

only found out myself recently, its on jez's website , Pre-ignition can be caused by hot spots in the combustion chamber - this can be the spark plug tip, glowing carbon deposits or other hot spot
actuator is at a bar, borrowed off a mate
yep belive so all went back together OK
No mis firing at all runs like a normal car.
After I changed the turbo it's went like it should for about 2 mins and now it's back to low boosting.
Is this the cause of carbon desposits killing...

The problem I have had is the car doesn't seen to boost any where near to 1.2 bar. I can only...
Found the problem with mine. Some how the exhaust side of the turbo have broken its fins.
Dunno how really.
Anyway have changed and put another turbo on it. And changed and put a forged acuator...
Well just check pipe work.
Car runs 100% ok. If it was a boost leak wouldn't it run really bad.
Think my mate tried that one.
Think it's time for the turbo to come out.

Well I have very very low boost. Checked and changed parts. Nxt thing I think I have to do is check see there no crackes around the waste gate.
