I checked it from the engine. It's definitely getting fuel as it sprayed everywhere when I took it off cuz I had nothing neer by to catch it with. Could it be something as stupid as the in/out lines...

It has spark and compression and fuel. It tries to fire up but after about 15 min it just turned over. It's overfueling and the fuel return pipe is empty. It sounds like the fuel pump is struggling...
