Also, my SR took plenty of abuse with 10w-40 semi synth from Halfords, but people recommend 15w-50 too.

Definitely use a restrictor. SR's turbo oil feed is at a pressure for journal bearings. Using a ball bearing turbo you need a restrictor.
I Think you can get them off driftworks but they're the...
17 or 18? I managed two 18" 255/35/18 tyres in one but I dare say if they were mounted it'd have been too much of a squeeze!!
Not at all necessary if you aren't using the sensors mate.
Depends how important the features like horn/airbag light are to you.
I used this boss: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/151679785873
on my S14, removed the airbag clockspring and drilled 3...
Coincidence I think, I've recently binned off my slip ring thingy and everything still works as it should. Are there any fuses or earths for those things?
Yeah I was running 1.4bar on my old 2871r with stock HG and headbolts - I think a well serviced motor that hasn't been openened can take decent boost if you're not bashing it off the limiter...
Added to that I just use a simple mbc, set it once and forget.
1.0 bar should be fine, but you might find if it spikes in a higher gear then you'll be close to hitting fuel cut. I was fine at 1.0-1.1 bar on my S14a but as the weather has got colder it now hits...
I'm almost certain that there aren't any holes on a non-touring's sill panels. Which is a bit of a godsend really as they normally rot from the holes outwards on the outer sill.
To fit the skirts...
R33 handbrake cables fit fine, I think it's Z32 cables that don't
Adjustable. They're very similar to bride superlow base mount rails, but fit recaro SR without any modification.
I made my own passenger side rail, but it took a couple of evenings to do and I...
And S13,14,15 rails are all very much the same fitment
Just FYI, Juran racing rails off nengun are a bolt on fit for recaro SR/speed seats. About as low mount as you can get and fit perfectly.
Double post
Recaro SRs out of Evo 3/4/5 along with ek9 civic, dc2 integra, celica gt4 and the like are all reclining seats with folding mechanism.
You can just about see the little lever on the side of the...
I was recommended these - seem to be working fine!

Not done a great deal to this again; I meant to get the turbo slapped on over xmas but I've been a bit busy and I've not had a few days where I've not needed the car.
Instead of making it go...
Wrong I'm afraid, the ABS sender is in the nose and the rear senders are oil temperature sender and warning lamp switch. I've binned off all three.
My SR is on 238k miles (unopened) and compression is in the 140's; I've bounced it off the limiter all day today and it takes abuse just fine.
On the flip side my mates rebuilt forged lump, from a...
The missus' car that we use as the daily driver is a *ahem*... peugeot 107...
Infrequently we have nipped up to leeds/various west yorkshire places in it, and that wanders terribly in crosswind on...
I've got a japspeed elbow and one of their super low twin downpipes, and it fits really nicely.
The bracket from downpipe to gearbox was a bit off but easy to sort out.
Me neither. Looks like its manifold off time.
What rear spring rates are you running? Stock monopros come with 7kg/mm front and 5 on the rear. This is quite firm for launching, lower rates would be good - softening the dampers only does so much....
If its just the seals that have gone, and the bearings/compressor wheel/turbine wheel are all in good shape then people like owen developments can do it too, and I daresay for not huge money. Before...
