Hello. My ca18det is running a 4" custom intercooler which covers about 2/3 of the stock 200sx s13 radiator. Last days before i left Cyprus i had some problems starting it..When i jumped it it was starting immediately, although i found the water reservoir completely empty (i'm running a 76.x oC thermostat, 1.3 bar radiator cap) which got me into worrying that i might have a blown headgasket..sadly i didn't have much time to check as i was leaving although it's an on-going issue i may have because of the intercooler.

Either way this summer i'm going to dyno if everything is good, hoping 300whp with stock bottom end if everything is good, and i'm thinking to upgrade the radiator because temps there in summer can hit 40oC in the day. I was looking to find updated radiators, and it seems there are some general brand 45mm and driftworks/japspeed/koyo 52mm...However there is a price difference, and since i'm a student it's important that i spend my budget wisely. Anyone has any experience to advice?

Thanks, Ken

I have brought myself a ps13 rolling shell which was orginally an sr20det, I've also got myself a complete uk s13 as a donor car which I will be using to rebuild into the shell.

The ps13 still has its interior loom aswell as the engine bay loom for its headlights. There is a plug which that connects to the ECU Loom in the UK S13 (see pic below) but the same plug on the ps13 has completely wires coming from its ecu plug?

UK S13 ECU PLUG

is there a way to splice the above ps13 plug into the UK s13 plug...or is it best to swap over the whole complete interior loom?

Also The engine bay loom for the headlights and relay box in the ps13 is completely different from the loom in the uk S13, however they both connect into the car via the block below. I will be onevia the ps13 so that is why I wanted the s13 front loom.

can I just simply swap over the headlight and relay box loom and plug the s13 loom back into above?

Hi All together.
In the last years i was seldom here and spent more time in pimp my rollator forums.
But i want to try it once again ... not in the time attack but in the comfort attack division.

My actual S13 has H&R springs and koni yellow from the preowner and i'm unhappy with this combi. Beside the fact that setting
up the yellow konis can only be done when removed at the rear, i have also invested in a set of rims and tyres which i cannot drive,
because they attach slightly the front oem strut.

Thats one of the reason why i look for coilovers. But i knew that i'm already not happy with my combo and most coilovers
have even higher spring rates. From what i found out H&R has 5kg/2.5kg but am not 100% shure.

So, closest coilover i was able to find is the Limo. And i also hope that 30 clicks are enough to adjust it for my needs.

I read everything here about it , including the "birth" thread and also some reviews. Everything sounds perfectly for me.
But i have a few simple questions left (maybe i just didn't understand all infos correctly)

1. Often i read in the Limo combination "stock ride height".
It's clear that it's not designed to go low as hell and that's also not my wish.
The question is ,if a moderate drop of 30 til 40mm ,like with H&R springs, is still possible. This way i would be in the area
where stock arms can dial the drop out. I have also 28mm ARBs front and rear so i should have the needed bodyroll
control helper already on board.

2. Highspeed stability.
If i drive fast over the Autobahn and cross some heavy ground waves. Is the feeling then "nice" or like in a junk ?
- because too soft -> then better comfys ??

3. Is the damper design internally divided into low and high speed , and if so ... which area is adjusted.
Often it is so that high speed damper setting is fix and low speed is adjustable. I couldn't find any info about this.
And is it a combination setting of push and pull, or does the adjusting knob work only for one direction.

Maybe some Limo fans can answer this questions.

I often drive bad, bumpy and smaller country roads and during cornering i just often miss grip. For this reason i already
swapped in a S14 subframe because of the better geometrie. (I'm not a drifter) ... This was a big step forward.
But often i see that modern cars with stock suspensions are quicker. I cannot use the power, jumping in the same situation
over bumps and pot holes. I have no fun to wait allways for the next straight section.
I hope the Limo can help exact here. (i was and I am unshure between comfys and limo)

The target is quick on shit, instead fast on track, because 95% of the time i'm on the pot hole lane.
AFAIK it's nevertheless good for occsionally visits of the Nürburgring (once a year) and a tourist lap.

So it's not only "comfort" AND "I'm too old meanwhile" reasons.

I would be happy about comments ... I'm at 80% Limo and 20% comfys. (please no other coilovers)
I'm fixed to Apex because of Brens excellent service over all these years. I didn't say it to get a good price.
The price was allways nice.

So please help me to find the missing convincing 20% ...
