Does anyone know where I can purchase Parker Knoll Alcantara?

The only place in the UK that sells the REAL Alcantara, imported from Italy is Boyriven. It has Alcantara printed on the back, and costs around £60 per metre iirc. All the other places that claim to sell it are flogging ultra suede material. Although you can get good quality ultra suede at good prices if you look around, most fabric places can get hold of this.

One tip is to get a sample though and sit it in the sun for a few days to check for fading, some of the fake stuff does this very badly.

Real Alcantara for 60 quid a metre :eek: Parker Knoll must make it under license, but they charge 100 quid a metre.
