The best anti-virus program?

I just got Norton 2002 from KaZaA and it found 17 viruses! Is there any other program i should get to avoid the risk?

I don't use one. But then I'm on 56k and don't use any file sharing programs. And I'm positively fanatical about email attatchements. :)

Yeah, it's really sad that the most successful worms have titles like "see me naked" and "I love you" etc.

A quick warning note - if you intend to put a different antivirus on deinstall the other one first.
Norton and Mcafee for example on the same computer will totally hang it as they fight for control.
So one at a time only ....
