Has anyone ever used this on home pc - home pc via Dial up?

How does it work? I'm assuming that you have to know your IP. How can you find that out?

type 'ipconfig /all' in a dos window, or look in the dialup connection status.

Hi,

If you know who you want to "assist" you and you both have MSN Messenger, you can set it up really easily through that. It's under "Actions" at the top.

I've used it on dial-up, it's slow, but it does work.
