Saw it on sky the other night .... it was a great film ... it made so much more sense than the remake, the car chases were awesom and the crashes were so realistic .... nothing blew up for no reason

It was on Sky!? Is it likely to be repeated? Found it on dvd but its region 1, so I can't play it on my player!

It was apparently on Sky recently, although I missed it too.

I have it on region 1, but maybe able to 'lend' you a copy on video.

Australia is very cheap for DVD's at the moment (exchange rate helps, about 2.7 AUD$ to 1UK£).

They are PAL like us (to no ****ty 3:2 pulldown), but are R4 so you'll need a region free player..

Should work out under a tenner DELIVERED :) I've used these before and not had probs. Discs turn up quicker than from the US too.

Might also want to look at www.devoted.com (http://www.devoted.com) and EzyDVD have a good sale on at the moment (Zulu for about £4 :)

Can you not get it fixed so it plays all regions? I thought you could do that with almost all DVD players...

NEO4 Chip will do this. And allow the use of "Backup" Disks and all without Disk-swap

Blaze do a region free disk for the PS2. About £20, does mean disc swaps every time you want to play anything other than region 2, but no voided warranty :)
