www.animesuki.com i believe has it (as many other shows), i also thingk episodes 3 and 4 were shown on Japanese pay per view at the weekend although i'm not sure. If they were expect them to be subbed by the end of the week. :thumbs:
Yeah, 3&4 last Saturday I think.
Watched 1 & 2 last night! Looks great so far. Thought the CG looked great now its moved to cel-shading and the new Move songs are great. I've had them on repeat ever since. Can't wait to download 3 & 4.
To be totally honest i was disapointed. Yeh i think it looks nice but it moves a bit too quick for me, i like more build up before the races. Also its a bit odd now as a major factor for me was the fact that Takumi was driving an underpowered car, whereas now hes not.
Yeah, apparantly its meant to get very serious near the end and quite shocking. :eek: :eek: Either way, great to have it back.
yeah I agree, stage one of initial d basically was so fresh, takumi the underdog, was just doing it because he was just doing it really, no passion, just natural instincts. Definately the best stage.
Now he's in a team (forgotten the name) and everyone is doing their own thing it doesn't feel the same. CGI looks top notch though, just have to catch a few more episodes.
Yeah it's more serious, they have 3 team support vans at every race?
why don't the old bill give them any hassle,

Saw that this morning, just finished downloading and now I'm settling in with a can of coke and some jaffa cakes :)
Just finished watching it! It's all too exciting!
i've got the avi, but my windows media player keeps saying error downloading codec, how can i get this sorted?
I tend to download the player or codecs from www.divx.com, it seems to work most of the time. :thumbs:

Watched Episode 3 a couple of days ago, I'm really enjoying the the 4th stage. Especially the quality of the animation.
I was dissappointed that they didn't show the battle between the R34 and FD RX-7 from the end of the 2nd episode though. I was looking forward to watching the uphill race!

I doenloaded the wrong one lol! ended up with some other messed up thing lol! DOH :annoyed: lol! i download what im meant to later. :)
is episode 4 out? yeah gutted didn't see the uphill race with the FD, shame they cut it. Episode 3 was quality, I love it when they focus on the aura of the driver! quality stuff.

Apparantly in Japan the police are very leniant. If they catch people street racing they usually just park up with their lights on and wait for everyone to move off :cool:

My experience of Japanese police does not match up to the urban legends here I'm afraid. And I asked some actual street racers if they had trouble with the cops, and they said yes.
Having said that, if you find a quiet touge late at night, you can probably rely on not meeting the police - they are reasonably predictable in the areas they patrol.

The Initial episodes 3 and 4 are both 171mb

I watched eps 1 to 3 yesterday, should have 4 by the morning.
I have the entire collection inc all the soundtracks :notworthy
I thought stage 4 so far is quality, and as Stage 1 & 2 showed what Takumi's is about, I think the approach for stage 4 is right - straight to the action.
I still reckon Bunta would kick all their ass's ;)
