We finally gave in to the nagging want, and traded the beemer in. Today we collected this. I was worried about missing the comfort of the beemer, but as soon as I sat in the leather seats :eek: :D :smitten:

Still only a baby compared to the Mustang, but this ones here and driveable. :D

ScoobyDoo Our last Jeep did about 16 mile to the gallon being taken 2 miles to work and back each day, 23 mile to the gallon on a run.

Er, god help you if that goes wrong mate I know what parts are like for that and getting a dealership that wont rip you is like :furious: :annoyed:

We're lucky with out local dealer (40 miles local :rolleyes: ). They are fantastic (Carrs of Exeter :Plug: )

We originally chose the Jeep because all the reviews gave it low body roll, and it is also selectable 4wd. :nod:

Maybe he's referring to the 5.3lt Jaguar engined Land Rover he modded.

twas a fully prepped off road racing range rover and i used it as my daily transport for about 3 years :D :smash: :nod:

4 litre v8 with auto box and huge tyres :nod:

the 5.3 jag never raced but i did get another one down to about 2 mpg but it only done 2 laps
