300 to go, 200 to come

i am the v. proud owner of a 200.
my m8 is also a proud owner, but of a 300.
have spent last couple of weeks trying to convert him - nearly there i think!
he knows he has to sell, (less money spent by government on gulf war, than he has spent on his car) but having a little problem trying to sell it.
any ideas as to wot it might be worth.
its on a `H` plate, approx.. 65,000 mls, dark grey with all extras, nice condition, standard apart from gearbox intercooler (last box killed itself)
oh, and its an import.
tried for 5.5k in autotrader but no bites. wot do y all reckon.
Wot would YOU give 4 it????
personally if i had had a LOT of disposable income... i reckon its a lot of car for the money, if you can live with the running costs

Not 4 sale yet ma man... Cheers 4 the loan of the 200. Fun ain't the word... above 3500rpm. Can these 200's shift low down? or is it all a bit of "2-stoke" fun?

Serious though. Any mods to aid the lower, (i drive like cteam) more boring end of business. Would be interested.

yes i believe there is a few mods for the lower end stuff!!! but wot???
maybe the basics - plugs, leads, tune... or simply uprate boost pressure.. not sure by doing this though does the turboe come in any sooner. be nice if it came in around 2000rpms though.

how was the night??? did you talk to ma woman... dont think she is 2 impressed at mo, due to lack of communication from thy self... still dont know wot to do...
any suggestions??? quick only 4 weeks to go till holiday.
reckon i might just jump in 2***** and head for the hills (alps) with ma board and meet up with Damian. Hmmmmmm.... wonder if he will let me take out his Lambo????
reckon we should club together and put a new engine in it... reckon a old Rover V8 should fit nicely... then a little supercharging??? modded exhaust, filter etc etc
