Was that my Green S14a with the Blitz zorst you're talking about? That + the K&N Filter are my only mods... unless you count the decat pipe and removal of the boost restrictor. Other than that it's standard.

But yes, it does fly ;) Bit of thanks to RARE Motorsport for fine-tuning my timing I think :)

I know what you mean about Dans zorst though, my eyebrows are still singed ;) How do I get mine to do that?

Yep, RARE stuck my car on the rollers with the filter and zorst on - came up 200 bhp at the wheels.

Not bad I thought, about 225 at the fly :)

Until...

They fiddled with the timing, and moved the fan nearer the intercooler....

222 bhp at the wheels! :D That was before the free boost upgrade. It's prob more like 230 at the wheels now :)

Dead chuffed I was :)

The problem now is I'm running at about 16 degrees BTDC, and need to have it retarded to 14 degrees BTDS to cope with {ahem} some stuff I'm doing...

Thats about 270 at the flywheel I think. From an exhaust and filter? Without being funny I'm a bit suspicious of those figures. Could they have an overly optimistic dyno by any chance

These were the results from Interpro http://194.93.140.184/cgi-bin/200sx/UBB/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=002044

That figure would have put you above almost all others on that day.

Glad to hear my Zorst is still doing the biz :D You guys are so lucky, you get to see the flames, I can't :( I see the occasional one in the rear view mirror, lick up round the spoiler, but that's it :(

Anyway, it's a Blitz NUR SpecR Cat back system with an SE Nissan de-cat pipe. Also helped by the Blitz BOV I would think.

Even if it was off by 10% (I took the reading with a pich of salt - but RARE also do JohnD76's 200, and others, so know what they're doing), that's still 200 bhp at the wheels - or about 240 at the fly... Not overly inaccurate with zorst, decatted, filter and advanced timing running on Optimax :)

I think Inteerpro didn't pay enough attention to blowing cold air on Intercoolers - which gave bad results for everyone :(
