Window tinting film Q

Seeing as I cant justify spending about £300 on having my windows tinted, I wondered if anyone used the film you buy in rolls ??

Is is possible to make it look good or does it always come out crap as you can see the joins or worse still air bubbles :ghey:

Dont wanna go limo black, just thought a dark tint might help in this heat :)

Any opinions??

dude dont use the film in rolls, it is a cheap alternative to a good product offered elsewhere, albeit at a higher price.

Used to work for autoglass and have seen experienced fitters use it and it still looks poo :nod:

I use tinted film at work. Works fine on flat glass.

I'm having pimp tinted bedroom windows for the summer :cool:

Crap on bendy car glass.
