for the man who has everything for his car i have just been given a set of valves for my wheels.very fancy ones,they adjust the pressure as you drive along,as your tyres heat up they will let some air out to keep the pressure the same as what you set it.the only drawback i can see is if you get your tyres really hot it will let a lot of air out which is a bit of a pain when they cool down again as they will be flat as a fart
never mind nothings perfect

Reduce the pressure in the tyres and they will heat up even more. Well that's what happened apparently to the Ford Explorer. Cos it didn't handle, Ford instructed the tyre pressure to be reduced. This in turn caused the tyre to overheat and eventually shed the tread.
