How do snails reproduce? Do they come with their shell or does it grow over time? Always wondered that but never had the answer :)

Snails are haemaphrodite (something to do with taking so long to meet a partner! :wack: ) So when they meet up one takes the male role and the other becomes his bitch (bit like US penal institutions).
