Gettin well into me intial D. Watched episodes 1-7 of the first series and a few dotted around ones from the other series. Loving the detail and the drifting and car info.

Anyone know much about it in Japan. Just coz they swear a lot and I was watching one the other day were Takumi ans his pal were watchin girls knickers from the bottem of the stays :thumbs:

Was it transmitted late and aimed at older generations.

not too sure about the airings of the anime in japan, i've only read the manga and played the arcade game (well worth a play, you get a credit card thing to store your car and the mods you do to it alla GT)

the car detail in the manga is amazing - the interpritation of movement into still images is top notch stuff :)

Probably like most Anime and aimed at adults.
Just cos its a cartoon doesnt mean it's for kids ;) :wack:

I just got the 3rd stage, and have to say its excellent viewing! But the japanese music in it is bloody awful! :)
