Anything burnt :smitten:
Agreed! :D
assuming top quality:
I've got a four-way battle between EVERYTHING.
well, almost, the following come to mind:
really good marbled well-hung steaks, premarinaded or not.
pork chops! with my dodgy spicey marinade.
chicken pieces peri-peri, with the skin on :D CRISPY
a giant slab of lamb stuffed to be double the size due to rosemary & garlic ( had this at theory&mint_sauce's and FOOK ME, I could have kissed the person who brought it)
oh, and the following:
(prepare yourself)
Boerewors!

oh, and sweetcorn. It's best to wrap it in tinfoil and stick it with the coals rather than actualy grill it.
Steak thats had about 20 seconds on each side right in the flames :smitten:
Oh god I'm hungry :(

same here, only chicken and bacon for me :o
Do you honestly only have to pick one http://community.ultimate-music.net/images/smilies/drool.gif
I like sausages, steaks, swordfish steaks, chops, mushrooms, cherry-tomatoes, burgers, chicken, corn on the cob... basically if it can be cooked on a barbecue then I'll eat it , as long as my dad isn't doing the cooking (because his method of barbecuing is too embarrasing to describe  ).
same here, only chicken and bacon for me :o
same here, cept I'm a veggie :p ;)
In spite of being veggie I really like BBQs, here are some of the ideas that came up on u75, they're making me so hungry I'm going to have to go for lunch now:
Halloumi cheese, cherry tomatoes, aubergine, red peppers, courgettes and asparagus. Slapped in a pesto-spread tortilla wrap.
Corn on the cob.
Banana, slit along skin, stuffed with pieces of chocolate, soaked in rum, wrapped in foil and baked.
Veg kebabs but with chunks of halloumi instead of tofu. I find tofu falls to bits. Skewered halloumi, onion, courgette, pepper – brush it all with olive oil first.
Sprinkle some vine tomatoes with salt and bung a few sprigs of rosemary on. Loosely wrap the whole lot in tin foil.
A whole camembert in the box. Take the cheese out the box and remove the plastic wrapper. put cheese back in box and then directly onto the coals. The aim is to get the inside of the cheese soft and sloppy that you can scoop it out with crusty bread. It’s Ok if the box begins to burn but if the cheese starts leaking out, it’s time to take if off and tuck in
There are also great veggie sausages from Cauldron Foods and Quorn (sod Linda's :hurl: ). Quorn used to do a full BBQ pack of sausies, burgers and chicken style fillets, not seen one for a couple of years though.
