Check the ingredients and the amounts its contains - u can normally pick up a non named brand for cheaper. Asdas own has the same in it etc. So watch u don't get ripped off

I don't suffer myself but last year i needed to take some can't remember why but i was suffering when out with the horse. Worked fine for me, it wasn't zirtek tho as I did what i stated above and just but a non named brand

i know the Blue Benadryl pack from behind the counter at Boots works really well. The Orange Benadryl pack from Supermarkets is ok but not that great.

Zirtec are very good for most people, I usually use them along with the beconaise (spl?).

Tesco are doing buy 1, get 1 free for clarityn, zirtek and benadryl.

I find I need to change brands sometimes too...the active ingredients are not always the same. For instance, piritese and zirtek use Cetirizine, but slightly different compounds. Clarityn uses loratadine.

You can get it on prescription...

£5 whatever for a months worth  Been using it for a few years now. Seems to work better for me than Beconaise etc etc

I use Clarytin and use up to 60 tablets over the season so its much more economical if it get them on prescription from the docs
