i just checked 3d realms site and bb and as far as i can see its still a go

haha, still have the ol' Playstation (original), with Duke 3D and link cable somewhere. A mate has the other PS and copy of duke.
Laser tripbombs and pipebomb traps. No other game has come close on multiplayer novelty.
Stick 50 pipebombs in the arcade, hit the pinball "don't have to play with myself", and wait for your mate/mortal enemy to come and find you - like a lamb to the slaughter. BOOM!!!!

ROTT was great. Especially when you throw in multiplayer and a bunch of trampolines.

A couple of mates had ROTT on linked up PCs, must have been pentium 100s or something. was that the one that had the F keys assigned to a phrase?

I remember being able to say "behind ya!!" and stuff, and then kill them. Superb! ;)
