Could everyone send an individual email to tgweb@bbc.co.uk Top Gear Email addy.
Please enquire or suggest about the D1 / Drifting. Ask / demand why they haven't featured anything yet but are supposedly coverage of all cars /sports.
You want the events to be featured and the sport more recognised then you can. By numbers you will plant the seed to make them enquire to what all this hype and influct of emails is about.

I also put a link to this post in the members section, hope you don't mind. Thought it may get a couple more people emailing
I would have thought a slightly more professional approach would have been better, ala the other thread...
But I wanna go on topgear, so e-mail sent.
Ill send one from my official SXOC webmail account later too :D
this was just showing general interest from public about the sport - which will in turn show there is a basis and interest if they decided to add such a feature to their show.
What did u want to do that was more professional vez?
This is the one I sent ..
Dear Top Gear,
I think DRIFTING should be give a few mins on your wonderful program, wouldn't it be great to see the Stig or Clarkson sideways for 30seconds?
Please think about D1 and Drifting for your upcoming shows, if you do I will donate 1 caravan to your show for destruction as you see fit, but will require a few free tickets to come to the show as well.
If you would like some small vid clips of UK rounds of D1 drifting try here. http://www.sxoc.co.uk/vbb/showthread.php?t=82776
Picture of the said Caravan is here http://www.ses.klan-host.com/sm/caravan1.jpg with my Old Merc I used to pull it to watch BTCC / F3 / GT events with, now replaced by a S14a 200SX and it would be a crime to pull the caravan with this. As a fan of the 200SX I'm sure JC would agree.

"F1 is boring - This Isn't"
Hello
Drifting that is, anyway it's starting to get big & it's just slightly more interesting than F1 plus instead of watching razor adverts on the telly you can actually have a go in your own car.
So get yourselves over to one of our events & show everyone watching the telly, that driving can be fun & they CAN have a go at it.
I await your reply in eager anticipation

yeah do both, it was said at the begining of this thread that this will aid the video that you guys are going to send, making the chance that it will be ignored less  the ideas going on the 'lets get on Top Gear' thread are really good :)

Hello Top Gear,
Just like say what a wonderfull program you have for us petrol heads! Top Gear is a diverse program in that it features many aspects of motoring interests, however I feel Top Gear should also diverse into the field of other motorsports other than rallying, F1, Touring Car etc. which to be honest is way out of reach for the majority of us petrol heads to take part in. However there is a motorsport which is fun, challenging, caters for all skill levels, affordable to participate in and great to watch. This motorsport is Drifting! It is big in the US, Japan and other parts of Europe except England. I feel as a nation we should promote and highlight this great motorsport and feel the best way to do this is through the Top Gear TV Programme of which you have millions of viewers each week. There are various venues around the country which hold Drifting events and I feel Top Gear should attend and let the nation know about this wonderful motorsport that people can actually take participate in and not only watch! Maybe we could get Mr. Clarkson himself or the Stig challenge one of the Drifting Professionals!
Link to venues : http://www.sxoc.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=66548
The main events is hosted by www.ukd1.com
Thanks for your time,
Ricky Yau (Avid Top Gear Reader And TV Viewer)
