Window's Xp help

Bit of help required here, i created a folder on my desktop which i no longer need, so i deleted it. Here's where the fun starts, the sodding thing keeps coming back. The deleted folder goes to the recycle bin, so as i keep deleting the folder i end up with a load of the same folders in the bin. I try to rename it, a new folder appears on the desktop with original name. Deleted it using Norton, it still re-appears. The Pc appears to be virus free, checked with Trendmicro and Norton. Any sugestions, this baking my noodle.

spyware, is it a dialer?? only reason im up this morning is because im going to a theme park, incase you thought i was sad,.. try running lavasoft adaware, and spy bot, i run both because one finds what the other doesnt,. google for this

are you set as administrator ? if not this is a little thing xp can do to save others screwing up your pc ?
