i got one too mate,

think of the 7250, same style, but oh so much better.

i like to think of myself as an honest tester of goods, if i think something is shoyte, ill say so, but the 6230 is one of the better phones i have owned.

IMHO go for it

I chose the 6600 over it on my last 6 monthly upgrade, just cause i had the 7250i before and i wanted something different. Its a bit big but the camera is the best i've ever seen on any phone, video recording and you can download loads of applications for it. Got Netfront so i can go on the proper internet and get on SXOC where ever i am lol! :D

Would have gone for the 6230 but i thought it was a bit to much like my phone so i might as well have something different. 6230 looks great cool though. Buy!

They will be doing again shortly. They've had problems with the phones firmware which had quite a few bugs which resulted in many people complaining. So O2 will sell them again when Nokia introduce the latest firmware to fix the software problems.

Brilliant phone though, probably the best Nokia has released over the past few years. It has all the features you could want in cool designed shell.

Yea i had heard they've been withdrawn from sale due to 'issues' which need to be sorted. Not sure if its just o2 or what. Still a great phone feature/looks wise, personally im waiting for the 7610 to come out :notworthy

7610 is okay, but its gonna be useless if you want to listen MP3s on it. Like the 6600 (and I think other Nokia Series 60 phones), it can only play mono (as opposed to stereo) through headphones which sort of defies the point in being able to play MP3s. :)

I have a 6230 and my opinions are mixed!

I used to have a 3650, which is coinceidentally for sale ;) :Plug:
and they use a mobile OS called Symbian which is the best mobile OS ever  What i didn't realise was that the 6230 doesn't run Symbian, so all the programs i'm used to using on the 3650 aren't compatible, nor can i use any apps from www.my-symbian.com and therefore, it is not a "smartphone" as such

It is feature packed, but the series 60 phones are more my type...the 6230 is like a more idiot proof version of the 6600, and an ultimate succesor to the 7250.
