Why the fvck is it that some people have a problem that has been going on all f*cking week, and then they wait untill 5 to 6 on a Friday evening before phoning their IT support company?
I really wish I could phone them up at 6pm and just say that it aint fixed and they'll have to effing wait untill teusday. :mad:
Oh and when you phone them to get them to do something they take pleasure in telling you "sorry was just having a beer".

Why don't you do just what every IT support guy I've dealt with at my place does and just ignore it until you fancy having a wander around one day? :p
I do have to say though, that IT tech support was very good to me when I rang the company I bought my pc from at some arse of an hour in the evening and they sorted me out over the phone really well. Mind, it was a simple problem and one they knew of as a common niggle on my mobo....
Must confess to being a bit of a sod on that score.
Don't work in IT (am a buyer) and regularly work late, but
if trying to get away at 5pm, normally get the ten to five "bugger, forgot to order that" or five to five "forgot to chase-up that".
I have one supplier that answers "Hello Jon" if his phone rings at five to five on Fridays :D

ah the old IT wander, nothing like leaving your office and going for a stroll around the office thinly disguised as working. Perhaps stop and chat to a few girls before heading off to the coffee machine......
