Pads that give the Brakepedal a more linear feel??

I've been watching Keiichi Tsuchiya's Drift Bible recently. When he talks about getting brake pads he makes the point that we should get upgraded brake pads front and rear to maintain brake balance (for drift..) He also said that he likes a spesific type of brake pad because it gives the brakepedal a more LINEAR feel. Are there brakepads that readily available that offer this type of linear feeling? If so, are they any good? And where can I get a front and rear set for a 92 S13??
