It is very interesting. Lots of you have had info off me about speeding since I have been successful in defending myself twice and Dad 4times from prosecution.
This site opened my eyes re Time distance devices which I didn't know much about. Never been done by one thank god. Mine were LASER and RADAR. i studied LASER at uni and DAD has 30years in space air ops for the RAF. Knows everything there is to know about RADAR.
Anyway, It makes for interesting reading.
Check out the case files. This guy lost unfortunately.
My file was got to over 100 articles. That's 100 letters or items in the file. My case notes and evidence filled two A4 ring binders and the skeleton argument was 10 pages long.
That si what I mean when I say to people it is alot of hassle. If you aren't up for the fight or are frightened to argue with authority, pay up.
