CAn someone buy these from my gran?

My Gran, new to the world of computers and stuff, went to smiths to buy two new printer cartridges.
She told the assistant she wanted a colour and a black.

And what did the freak get her? Two colours. ANd assured her that one was a black...

ANd after all that, she didn't need a colour anyway. Would anyone want to buy them from her please?
One has had the cardboard package opened, but not the plastic bag thing inside and the other is completely unmolested.

Strictly speaking the colour one is a black one, in that it will mix the colours together if you set the PC to print black not colour, it will cost more than a purely black cartridge though, this will be the issue. They were talking the truth slyly, take back for full refund if not happy as with all purchases ;)

Also to add, consumer law states you do NOT need a receipt for a refund, any proof of purchase will do, stick to your guns grandma lol

i'll have a word with her... but it may just be easier to sell them on... some places on do refunds with receipts...
