View Full Version : argghghhhhhh FFS!!!!!
Just got home to two letters from Tesco saying I owe em £40 a time for Non Paid Fuel
FFS - as if I'd even dream of USING tesco fuel, let alone nickin the stuff
So that means one thing - someone is running around using my ID filling up their car and givin the old "lost me wallet - here's my address" routine.
The only person who has access to any of my ID - my brother. So my fcuking CNUTING family are fcuking me over AGAIN :rant::rant:
To top things off I tried ringing Tescos. They give an address in Cardiff but a Hertfordshire phone number. Rang the number - dickhead #1 gives me another number and tells me to call them. Call them - dickhead #2 leaves me on hold for 10 mins before deciding they shouldn't have given me his number and transfers me elsewhere, whereby Dickhead #3 (a complete tosspiece this one) tells me that its fook all to do with him - in no uncertain terms
CNUT CNUT CNUT CNUT CNUT If i take one more fcuking over I'm gonna fookin MURDER :annoyed:

What a w@nker
Stay calm, mate!
They'll have forecourt video that'll show it wasn't you. And if they don't, they can't prove it. Video should also show who it was. Up to you what to do then...
Does it say which garage?
:indiff:
Not a lot you can say really mate to that except it sucks big time. You sure someone aint running around with your plates on and they just traced you using the DVLA

TBH Mark it wouldn't suprise me in the slightest if it was my Bro - it aint as if he hasn't done it before :cry:

blinkin ell i think i need it now  What an absolutely rediculous pile of cack
Rang tescos - finally got the right number to call . They said "nothing we can do about it, you are liable as your name was given. Call the police if you think something suspicious is going on" They couldnt tell me what vehicle had been used other than it was a Rover (erm, my brother drives a rover  ) and couldnt tell me what store it was committed at as they DIDNT HAVE THAT INFORMATION!!!! They did however, tell me that a bank statement had been used as ID.
Called police - "nothing to do with us at the mo, tescos need to make a complaint first!"
Me: "err, they wont make a complaint against anyone but me as its my name they've been given, so only after trying to prosecute ME for it will you lot get involved!"
Them: "yeah thats about the size of it"
Me: "right, well they say one of my bank statements has been used as ID to commit fraud"
Them "how do you know it's been used fraudulently?"
Me: "are you not fcuking listening to me??? I just said it wasn't me that obtained the petrol  "
Them: "well you'll have give us your contact details, a police officer will visit you any time (note: ANY TIME, any time at all! No warning, no prior arrangement etc) within the next 3 weeks"
3 WEEKS!!!!!
Me: "ok, whatever, can I have a crime reference number please"
Them: "nope, wont be allocated until the officer has visited"
BYE!
Phoned tescos back - "can you please log it off your system, police have been notified and are coming around in the next few weeks to fill out an incident report - they will be in contact with you"
Them: "no, we can't do that without a crime reference number"
Me: "cant get that until they've done the incident report"
Them: "well we'll just continue with legal proceedings until you get it then :p"
COMPLETE FCUKING W@NKERS!!!!!! :annoyed:
arry ring citizens advice bureau for some legal advice
arry. so "someone" has one of your bank statements. apart from a family member, it could be
a postman
a dustman
anyone who trawls through rubbish bins looking for bank statements
anyone who has visited your house (invited or burglar)
so WRITE to Tesco and tell them that
1/ you do not own a rover
2/ you run a high performace car that only uses optimex, and so you do not use tesco petrol
politely tell them it is not you that is doing this. ask if they can provide any details (reg number, forecourt camera etc)
ask them to confirm the location and time/date. (all the things you have discussed, but in writing)
obviously tell them you are not liable, and will not be paying.
that way when they take you to court and show footage of someone who isn't you driving a car that isn't yours, they will look silly, and you will get huuuge costs awarded.
possibly
Any court presented with their argument will just laugh at them. Especially seeing how you attempted to resolve it but they weren't interested.

Well this is the funny part
1) They cant tell me the reg number as its prohibited under the Data Protection act
2) They DONT KNOW what stores the offences were committed at! Therefore it is impossible for them to actually LOCATE the CCTV footage, let alone use it as evidence! (stupid feckers  )
3) I have told them I wont be paying it, and believe me I wont be
4) They reckon that the Police will trace the offender using the DVLA database as the car which has been used for petrol runs is bound to be registered to the offender
The real twattish thing is that they've got feck all evidence and they know it yet they're getting the Police involved, who blatantly dont want to be, to investigate a crime they'll have feck all chance of actually solving - and it will probably cost the taxpayers 10x as much in police paperwork than the amount they're trying to recover!
Stupid Mofo's :rolleyes::mad:
As I said, they don't have a case to fight.

how about this. you retype your rant, leaving out all the expletives, and explaining how very upset you are that tesco's is causing an inocent person like yourself so many problems and that you are the victim. then every member of sxoc emails a copy of your problem to tesco customer services and tells them that they will no longer shop at their stores or purchase their fuel if this is the way they treat inocent victims :D

I'll send one across, I don't even shop there and definatly dont use their fuel :D
Personally I would just leave the whole thing. At the moment their the ones who want your money but can't get it. Let them do all the work. I would ignore all the letters etc from now on and just sit back. Your not guilty for a start :D You tried to resolve it but were treated like siht and no one seemed to give a toss.

I have a brother who is a fooking cnut smakhead... As far as i know he is still in the nick... Honestly i couldnt give a toss about him... All he has ever done is screw up my familys life with him stealing stuff etc...
I live in the knowledge that he does not or will never know where i live... I would rathere kick the crap out of the scumbag than acknowledge he is my brother...
I got that once... Someone knocked at my parents door, asking for me ( I was living there... It was the coppers... Someone had been pulled for something and they had given my name etc... LOL... It was funny when they tried to match descriotions... Me 22stone 5 foor 10 and him about 12 stone and 6 foor 1... lol...

Arry yo've missed the whole point!
Ignore it untill they take you to court. Present court with evidence.
Claim for costs including days earnings travel etc.
Grin at the fact you've just cost tesco a shitload of money because they are muppets :)
If i was you i would put this to paper as a complaint stressing that your time costs money and you will charge £30 admin for each letter you write from then on.
Tell them that if they cannot prove your identity as in a copy of this bank statment with the relevant cctv time, location, signature, number plate No and dates they will face a legal counter claim.
:) :) :) :) :) :) :)
And i thought bullshit only happended to me.
Chill laugh in there faces and dont take it to harsh its LIFE
.... good job he's 250 miles away :indiff:
Drive over there and twat him anyway
There are those who say God gave you your family, and you should thank him for that - I say you should thank him for allowing you to choose your friends.
Well... common sense prevailed in the end. The police called tonight and the guy was very very helpful and polite. He asked me if i actually wanted anything investigated or done about this, or whether I just wanted tescos to go feck emselves - the latter applied
He opened up a crime ref number and then closed the case immediately. Therefore I can now inform Tescos of the crime ref number and if they want to take it any further they have to present strong enough evidence to the Police of fraud - which of course they can't do cos they dont have any
So, a friendly copper and a quick letter to tescos later - matter resolved
All apart from sortin that fookin cock of a brother out
Looks like you got lucky with the Police then mate, is how every police officer should be imo
A little bit of good news for you arry....
The parcel has left the building ;)
Should be with you tomorrow. :)
they don't take you to court anyway ;)
arry, ask tesco if they will give you club card points if you pay them :D

Arry.
Will the police listen if you inform them that sopmeone has stolen your identity. Inform them that your brother is fraudulently using your identity to obtain goods by deception.

they couldn't give a toss when I was on the fone to em the first time round Ash - they weren't in the slightest bit interested cos it was only a few quid  Didn't inspire me with confidence, I can imagine what would have happened if someone had stolen my credit card or something
