Yes it is Autograss.
My club track is Radford near Evesham. But its a regional thing, This Sunday is in Gloucester. I would have to travel a bit farther if i wanted to go into the Natioal championships. All in good time. ;)
An entry level ready to race car in Class 2 is around £300. Event entry is £5 and racing licence £35.

A friend of mine has a miami blue 205 with a mid-mounted 350cu mated directly to an old jag v12 rear axle that he uses for autograss.

A bunch of my mates do this and race at Evesham, look out for orange 205's, novas and metros. My housemates got 205 shell with a front mounted 190BHP Pinto driving the rear wheels. It never works properly though :rolleyes: and he is always ragging around the yard and up and down our lane, dust clouds like Thrust SSC.

I didnt know there was more than one :confused:

I know you have to join a club, get a pack, have a physical, do a theory and a practicle. Well that was the situation when i last looked into it
