after smashed my friends prelude, the cost to repair £1200!!!
can some body tell me whether it is right?

ok, front driver side smashed with means
inner driver side wing bent very little, jigging needed. inner front panel needs to be replace and which is spot welded type, front driver side leg is been hit, not sure whats been damaged to that, but car pulls to the left when driving. a bit of paint for the front and side inner panel. and they quote me for £1200, include mechanical parts but not cluding body parts.
what u guys reckon about that price.

Well, I paid £500 to have a door and rear quarter filled and sprayed after a slight parking dent... that was without any jigging, body parts etc...

A mate of mine who works in a Mercedes insurance approved bodyshop said that the other sday they had a brand new 3.2 clk in after someone had done in the whole right side of the car. New panels all round you might think http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/smile.gif
erm ........ actually not. The insurance company (direct line/privelage) refused to pay that much money so they had to beat and fill the wing, door, three quarter and a bit of the bonnet. On a 6 month old merc for christs sake!! http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/rolleyes.gif
