Tracking???

how much doe sit cost ( approX ) to get your car tracking done??? any recommendation of places etc???

i went to a place yesterday and they sa`y they cant do it as they have to take the Track Rod ends out or something :confused: even thought my dad had his done there is the past :wack:

local place was doing laser tracking and 4 wheel balance for £20 as a special offer a while back

BMTR are the best place for tracking, wheel balancing, etc. Although they have a couple of branches and I can't remember which is the one which has the best equipment, caters for big alloys, etc. But anyway, the good one uses TOP notch "Hunter" wheel balancing machines, tracking machines, etc. They also charge for the service, but it's the best of the best.

However, go to kwik fit, and you'll visit them 3 times, have some monkey tit goon around in your car, finally end up with the wheel not straight and tracking out, demand a refund, go home and do it yourself by feel.

my local place ( Tyre Sales if anyone know it??) wants £21.99 for laser tracking, so i gonna give BMTR a call :)
