I'm finally getting my S13 on friday, 54K Facelift version (stock).. But as we all know, it won't stay that way for long.
I have a few questions about what to get for my s13:
First the suspension:
I was either opting for an
Apex Spring kit or Norris Designs spring kit.. Do any of you have any experience with any of these? I am going to use my car as a daily driver, so I would like to retain some comfort. Would these springs be okay for drifting? IS there any performance differences between them?
2ndly: I would really like to get some VOlk Racing type looking alloys (17''), but there don't seem to be any alloys out there fitting the JDM look at the moment. Do any of you know where I could get some JDM replicas for under 800 quid with tyres?
I was also thinking of getting a Apex N1 Exhaust: How loud are these units? I don't want annoying loud, cause I used to have a really loud exhaust on my prelude in the US, and it was horrible! :hurl:
Does this unit go from the turbo back, or catback? What kind of powergains?
Do any of you have the Bailey Evo Dump valve? I've heard that they are good for the turbo because they release excess pressure that would otherwise be bad for it. But I've also heard that some dump valves don't do the engine any good? Need some clarification.. And, How does it sound? I'd really like a loud dump valve, but the loudness increases with the boost pressure, doesn't it?
