had my renewal notice for this years premium, rather dearer than last year. i was with toyota as my cars prior to my last couple of 200s were mr2s, they wanted £750. bearing in mind i am 35 years old with full no claims 10 years+, no convictions and nothing pending. rang around god knows how many companys and got refused by most, only two were prepared to quote, Livingstones ( ref ntoc) and nissan ins, both came up with £630 comprehensive all mods declared. thats dropping the value of the car to £6000 and having the girlfriend took off, still think its a bit dear, but thats the best i can do.
Livingstones Phone 01935 706258
Nissan Ins Phone 08701256622

I reckon they don't like mods much then, you got a lot done??

Tesco are s*** with mods as well

Adrian Flux probably the cheapest but i keep hearing some dodgy things about them!

ive read some of the threads about flux, if people have bother with them on simple things like actually getting an ins cert in a sensible amount of time, i think one person actually had to wait 6 months, then i really dont want to find out the hard way if their crap when claiming (god forbid).

yes it's true you do have to wait for cover notes etc but if you know what strings to pull you should'nt have to wait long but the savings out way the hassle in my case.
