Dave,
I think it would be a good idea to post a section at the start of the BB and call it Performance Nissan Specialists or Knowledgable Nissan Engineers - someone of whom we've all had a good experience with, or maybe someone who we've just spoken to on the phone and gotten good advice on what to do and what not to do.
eg.
Norris Designs - Simon Norris
SE-Nissan - Peter Rosenburg
SEParts - Marc
we are all familiar with these guys and each of use has our own opinion on them
GDA Performance - Graham (top bloke who knows his stuff and can source things from Japan easily)
Options Motorsport - Nana (owns a 500+bhp 200sx himself and a 1000+bhp skyline. This Jap guys definitely knows his stuff, though can be pricey)
Performance Suspension Technology (PST) - USA
(eg 1. I bought my adjustable KYB AGX's from PST$399 dollars - £254 quid when the exhange rate was good - BARGAIN!!!! when Options/Norris and the other guys sell em for £450+)
After speaking with people like Norris and SE, its quite obvious they are noting down what mods/comments we all have/say and what parts we are attempting to source at cheap costs.(the chap who answers the phone at SE check the BB all the time, so he said.
eg2 my fuel pump cost me £160 quid from SE parts and one of the members got the same pump for £80 quid (i'm gutted - but obviously my detailed post on Uprated Bosch Fuel Pump Part No. has help u guys save a few pennies). But it would be good if there was a section where all members could post there garage and contact for that specific garage on that page and a small note on what they are good for. Similar to that of the HOTLINKS Section
Any chance of sorting that out?
we could all save eachother a heap of cash if we each contribute, and also it would make it easier for all of us to negotiate group deals with Nissan Specialist such as the above or even those abroad (as I'm trying to do with JC Whitney.com and front and rear strut braces)
You could even set up a grading on a scale of 1-10 on customer service. and we all know SE have only just recently bucked up there service, though Paul_S13 probably wouldnt agree.
Sort it out geezer!!! http://300zx.co.uk/200sx/ubb/smile.gif Is this possible
