Depends what was getting kicked and how old the person was (can't be going psycho at 5 year olds) but I'd probably put on my psycho face and go scripto.

i have and will kick the **** out of anyone that damages my motor, like the scrote who i saw keying my bonnet when it was parked in cov, i called an ambulance for him and left.

well, we got the mail . honestly,all you needed is eye witnesses and pictures of the damage then take him to court - that way you get to damage him in the long run since a criminal record is a shiter thing to have than a broken rib. it'll cost you a bit more but hell, giving someone a criminal record is so much more satisfying than planting your foot between their ribs. you utterly shag their employment potential to start with, they can't work in certain jobs and alot of people won't employ them anyway.

I work two jobs to have a nd build the 200 up to track day ready ness I would be livid if I found somone doing that to it.
but he is known to police ...hes fancyed my girlie for ages ...she would never go near him ...hes scum ...pure and simple ...i doubt the pikey scum would goto the police

Was speaking to a friend today who had a mate cut across the face after he had an argument with his pikey woman, and another who had her car torched because her friend (not her) dumped a pikey bloke :mad: :indiff:

i'd make sure he didn't see me, get a sly pic with the camera on my phone and report him to the bacon. if he did see me i'd shout at him to get the fcuk away from my motor and hope that he went for me, then i'd lamp the cnut. then it's self defence.
sounds to me from the tone of this thread like you waded in and i really don't blame you for that and i totally understand where you're coming from, but i'm not convinced that the justice system in this country will take that view. he damaged a thing, while you damaged a person (if i'm reading between the lines accurately). if he attacked you first you're ok as it was self defence, but otherwise the situation might not be so clear cut.
just my reading of the situation and i really hope things turn out ok for you *DS*. what i've said above is what i'd like to think i'd do if i were in the same situation myself, but i know i'd want to kill the fcuker if he damaged my beloved motor.

I would go absolute, f**king apesh1t. Shout and scream at them - from a distance - then call in a favour with the local "hard boy" firemen - they're great if you call em, big buggers who have quite a reputation round Hemel they'll arrive V.quickly (maybe in a fire engine) and sorted :thumbs:
Docwra does have a point.. It's all well and good if you can keep your car under the cover of a garage, but I know someone who confronted some car vandals and came back the next day to find their bonnet crowbar'ed open and the engine smashed to pieces. Police could do nought cos noone saw the damage done..

I would also probably go spare! Thankfully it's never happened to me, but should it happen in the future it would be best for the perpetrator to not get caught by me....

Its a big problem really when you live in shitty areas. I know of one guy who was getting his car broken into (or something) every other week. In the end he just gave up locking it or repairing it. He couldn't touch the kids who were doing it , who were neighbours, because it just would have got worse. The parents were dole scum who would have come round with their shell suits, pit bulls and gold chains to kick the guys arse.
This family are the sort of people who's idea of a family day out is setting fire to a bus shelter and waiting for the fire brigade to arrive to throw housebricks at them. You can't really reason with people like that, and the law won't touch them either.
but this is what i mean - we just stand by and watch and go oh dear nothing we can do lets just let em do it.
no i'm afraid not !! go back ten times harder - double triple your strength. out think them - be logical and make sure you gonna do summit do it properly.
We had the same problem with one of the biggest drug dealers in liverpool in our area- no problem now and thats all i'm saying on this matter

i don't agree with any silly acts i really don't but when you can't talk things through reasonably then other action needs to be taken to protect ur family, property etc etc, otherwise what is the point? by a 7k car to let people ruin it? buy a house to let people trash it etc etc?

Yeah, but your biggest drug dealer can be taken down - he has an address, a business, people he cares about, the fact he is breaking the law in a big way, ready made big time enemies etc. He also has the fact that if he does get taken down, no-one will actually give a stuff, not least the bloke who steps into his shoes.

They are generally untraceable - why do you think they are all called Smith?? Where are you going to raise an army to fight that??

Just kick fcuk out of him a couple of times, when you see him just start to head towards him...after a couple of times he will get the message. If he is kown to the police and he reports you, just get a mate to say you were with them.
I had a problem very similar to this, the reason the guy was going after my girl at the time was because he had no respect for me....I soon changed that.
Violence sucks, I detest it, but it is sometimes a neccesary evil.
Can we all be careful not to post anything incriminating to anybody please as I'm getting a little tired of edditing threads to protect you all from yourselves.

Really sums up how **** this country really is. It's saddening that people have no respectfor others, are no longer trustworthy, have no sense of honesty and decency and just don't care about their fellow humans. :(
I do hope nobody picks my cars cos I shop at (next considering a 9 ring horse-cutting 'knife'... yummy... no not for cutting down horses, it was used for that on the battlefield though, to attack mounted soldiers, but I just like the look and feel of it, especially when using it... er not on people or things :D ) and quite a bit... I hate to think what I'd do in rage... fortunately I'm really chilled out.
Back on thread... what you did may have been the only language he speaks and he might have got a new sense of respect for you (or fear). Bringing a gang of scrotes to your doorstep would just show how much of a girl's blouse he really is, and he may realise this.

i can understand people's exasperation at seeing their most prized possessions damaged, but that is something that should be handled by our police system. not by beating the fcuk out of the perpetrator. if we all went vigilante then this country would end up ten times the fcuking mess it is in now.

last year, i had an old F Reg S13 which was just parked up and had no turbo on it,
some tosser actually came and knicked 2 standard alloys! Talk about an idiot, and then left by putting scrap tyres underneath,what a piece of filth,
if i was there i would have put a brick on his head and made him suffer!
what a pathetic piece of trash,
and then to top it off, i saw that persons car a a month later and i recognised the alloys as they had a distinguished mark on them, which i funnilly enough remembered as i specially bought them as temporary to put on,
his car was a complete dog, wings coloured with a spray can,
i could have sprayed better blindfolded!!
I didn't have a chance to get them,if i did, he would have been bricked no doubt. :whip: :censored:
dropped my car off....... :thumbs:
driving round in a mr2 though now :ghey: :D
