in a fit of insanity/clarity yesterday i decided that the best way to get our admin lot on our email system is going to be to use outlook express with an auto configuration ICS file which configures outlook express automatically, just like you get when you sign up to an ISP
well... doesnt look like the IEAK does it, any idea how the hell i can set this up, what i would "like" is for them to enter their username and password on our intranet then the ICS file downloads/runs
so, any ISP techies or network admins have a clue how the hell this works
my other option is to abortionise someone elses ICS file and leave the username password blank so they have to enter it when they launch outlook express
but with that option i can see me recieving around a hundred phone calls along the lines of "i ran it but i cant get on" did you enter your username and password "no.. do i have to"
