Insomnia, its great, anyone got any cures?
I've tried the normal stuff, hot milk, counting sheep, Watching Tv, and I don't believe in sleeping pills, a cure required.

1 hour cardio 1 hour weights down the gym, if that doesnt knacker u out and send u to sleep, nothing will.
Yep I agree with timmy tock. If im not doing weights/jogging there is no way I can sleep. Pills are not good for you, healthy diet and excercise can cure you temporarily, but when you stop for a bit because you have big project on, no sleep :( .
I have Insomnia it's called shift work!!!
as the song goes "Cant get no sleep"

Finally got to sleep this morning at 4:50 ish.
Bleeding Ice hockey on CH5, think I'll need to get Sky at this rate.
try getting more fresh air  walking running etc
eat less processed food and make sure you don't eat after 7pm - most of all not before u go to bed

....after that session down the gym, turn the tv off an hour before u want to hit the sack, and get a book to read, but not too much of a good one :) ontop of that you can get those herbal tablets, i took them for a while, but i think it had more of a placebo effect on me though reather than actually doin the job

Guiness does it for me, although i keep telling myself it may be the short walk to the pub and getting some fresh air :wack:
Could also be stress related though......
a bit of a smoke always does the trick for me whenever i cant sleep.. Probly not the healthiest option but ya cant argue with the results :p
