Finally had a call from the insurance assesor today regarding the car.
Its being repaired. He explained why it had taken so long and why they were umming and ahhing over the decision.
The garage had given them a list of parts which included the drivers side headlight, indicator, fog light and some other bits and bobs all of which were not damaged :rolleyes:
Once he had looked at it and had it out with the garage and deleted all of the un-necessary parts it was a no brainer as far as they were concerned.

HOORAY

Can start thinking about some new toys for it now :thumbs:

So thank you all for the support and offers of help while I've been down in the dumps, big up yourself, you know who you are and sorry to all who wanted parts, they're not for sale :D

Just gotta be patient waiting for it to come home now :(
And Mrs Rude aint driving it again :no: :smash:

Not for now :no: It would be a tad mental letting them put a new front end on it only to whip it off as soon as I get it back. The seeds are deffo planted tho so I may be on the lookout for a front end damaged 13/14/14a in the not too distant future. I'm on the lookout now for a groovy front spoiler though :thumbs:
Get this one straight an modded and then get meself a project car :nod:

No idea but its been stripped of all mashed parts today so hopefully not too long...............but we all know garages :rolleyes:
