HR were never available for S13 Steve, only the 34 series skyline variants in japan.

Err, Ben Taylor had em on his car (S13) ages ago! He then sold em on to Paul S13...

ok, they must have stopped ages ago too, cos I've got both 2002 and 03 Jap listings and there's no sign of them, although when you say ages, I'm sure we're talking more like 5 years or so aren't we? Cos Ben's mummy was using the S13 wasn't she?. Probably why Steve can't find any info on the rates though I guess:)
