Fuse keep going Bang

Several times in the last few weeks I have used the horn (usually to notify blind drivers on the motorway that there IS a car that might be driving faster than them) and the fuse has popped.

I've replaced it 3 times out of the four occasions I have had to use it. Could it be an overload problem (too may electrical items in use at once, perhaps - CD, Snooper and lights for instance)?

Additionally, my headlight washers don't wash - where the hell is the fuse for that?

I would be grateful for any ideas.
