Auto S13

Jez,

Do you have a chip suitable for a 93 auto S13. I have a K&N induction kit, full mongoose (no cat), adjustable PSI (currently running around 12ish) and am waiting for a FMIC from Apex.

Since fitting the mods I get some smoke from the exhaust when booting it, which I think is a fuelling issue, which wasn't there before.

Yes I do do a chip that'd suit your car. The auto stage 1 would be best :)

I'd recommend fitting a fuel pump at the same time as teh FMIC - the S13 pumps can get a bit tired.

What colour is the smoke?

I think the smoke is black - and the inside of the end of the exhaust is black

The inside of the exhuast is normally balck - nothing to worry about. I little black smoke is OK too.

The stage 1 chip is £90 delivered :)

I've also got black sooty deposits on the rear bumber as well and only getting 24/25 mpg mainly motorway. Any thoughts? Oh just thought, the old exhaust system had a cat on it - Would that make any difference?

Do you think the stage 1 chip may help?

Anyway, can you pm me your bank details so that I can arrange for bank transfer - I'm with Lloyds as well - I think I should def go for the stage 1 chip.
