Are any of you lunatics heading up to the Pod on the 24th? Couldn't make last Sunday's owing to a slippery track day at Oakington airfield.

Steve Sadler- I agree with Kerfumph (interesting name!), I would have thought you should have somewhere in the region of 230-240bhp. Comparing your quarter mile times you are a bit slower than Matt_S but your terminal speed is about the same and Matt has 264bhp. The track conditions may alter times and speeds but I still reckon you should be kicking out more power, my car was doing 200bhp with just an exhaust, drilled airbox with a pipercross airfilter and boost at 14psi. Your chip, induction kit and fuel pump has got to be worth more than 13bhp. As for the transmission losses this seems a bit high too. Both mine and Matts lost 38bhp thru the tranny not 47bhp like yours.

Due to Mr C officially becoming an old git this weekend, I can't see myself at Pod this weekend (much as I'd like to be)
Just secured meself a Greddy Profec Boost controller (note Profec, the expensive one, not Profec B - the cheaper version!)
Had to snap it up - less than £200 off a skyline 5000 miles old - cant be sniffed at really can it!
If I dont get t fitted for friday/Saturdays blats - Sunday'll be the day!
On top of this I should have the Skyline seats ready to go in aswell - so gonna be busy, and then drinking again Sunday fo a follow up and the birthday boys "real" bash!
