I've had a Minolta Dimage 5 digital camera for a few months now (bought it second hand), and up until yesterday I've just been opening the JPG files in Photopaint then editing them from there. I found out yesterday that the camera should have included a CD with the Minolta Dimage Image Viewer software on it, which you can open the files and do some trick effects that you can't really do using Photopaint.
Does anyone know where I can get this program from? Is it freeware? The reason I ask is because I've searched high and low on the net and I can find the updates, but no actual product download. I'm even willing to buy it from Minolta but they don't sell it
Anyone know where I can get it? If it is freeware could somebody do me a big favour and email me it. If it isn't freeware, can someone point me where to purchase it (doesn't seem to make sense that they would only give it away with the camera - what happens if someone loses the software CD?).
Thanks very much,
Jonathan
