road tax?

i've just recieved a letter from the dvla saying a car registered to me was seen at 12:31 on the 25th of march with no tax being kept on the road.
the car was declared sorn and i was selling it which i did on the 26th of march around 12:20 on ebay,the guy came for the car the day after and took it away and i sent the v5 off to the dvla, so in my eyes i'm liable for 2 days.what sort of fine can i expect? also do i sign the form they sent wanting the details of the car etc,incriminating myself or do i leave it like some people do with speeding tickets?

just rung dvla up and they say i'm liable for 1 months back duty even though the car was only parked on the path for 2 days :confused: and i'd be getting a letter saying i owe them £31,still its better than going to court and getting screwed for no insurance and mot aswell :thumbs:
