View Full Version : Mouse Pad
Is yours Round or Square?
The one I have for my home comp. is square, there isnt one here at work, my laptop has a touchpad but the mouse I have plugged in doesnt have one either.
Now that I think of it, thats 2 to 1 not having one, why did I vote square?

Rectangular but with a curved bottom edge. It's a Ratpad(z), rigid with a roughened surface. Excellent when it was new but it's going a bit smooth in the most used areas now.

my first one (which the missus uses now) has gone very smooth in the centre but the second one we got is lasting better
altho we dont play as many frantic deathmatches as we used to
Don't have one . i too have a "free range " optical doobrey
I hate mouse mats :smash:
mouse shaped.
As in like the thing on it not the rodent :p
Actually I kind of lied. I have 2 mice - cordless ball and cordless optical. I can't remember the last time I used a corded mouse, so glad to be rid of that.
The optical one doesn't like my painted-blue desk surface at home though, so I got an optical pad from PCWorld. It's only about 0.1mm thick and just sticks to your desk with a grid pattern on top.

I have a wireless optical mouse too - but I have a glass-topped desk at home and the fecker doesn't work properly on it :annoyed: so, square pad. With pictures of tropical fish on it ...

Was pretty cheap I think, circular, about 7" diameter. Quite cheap I think. Oddly it does literally stick to the desk, so not ideal if you want to use the desk for other things or dont want to skanky up your glass top.
Can't believe no ones is round. Mine at work is

I had an MS explorer wireless, it sucked ass so I went back to my intellimouse optical which is now about 3 years old. Wouldn't go back to a ball though
